The Cooper City Community Center has undergone a renovation process. The activities that were earlier held there have now been shifted to the City’s Pool & Tennis Center. As per updates from April, 18, 2018 the sports complex interior decorations have been finalized earlier this month and the recreation center staff has started to move back in. There will be new additions in the Pool & Tennis Center that will include LED Lightings, a Resurfaced Tennis Court, New Exterior Lobbies and Reception area and more. According to the city's public information officer, Michelle Alvarez, roof replacement is currently in progress and landscaping is next.
