There were certain matters put forward in the meeting such as: An approval was granted The City Commission for Lease Agreement with Broward Maritime Institute, Inc. for the Property at NE 10TH Street (Dania Farms) Dania Beach, Florida. Approval was also granted for the Execution of a Revocable License Agreement with James A. Cummings, Inc. for a Temporary Right-of-Way Closure on SE 6 Street for the Broward County Judicial Complex Project Located at 201 SE 6th Street.
