The Civil and Probate Courts replacement master plan from 2008 has been updated with a new master plan on January 31, 2018. Perez and Perez Architects along with Dan L. Wiley & Associates, Inc. (DWA) have contributed to the new masterplan which includes an emergency relocation plan and a continuity of operations plan for the occupants of the Dade County Courthouse. The new master plan also provides a detailed analysis outlining current court needs and also addresses options for the replacement of the historic but deteriorating Dade County Courthouse.
