Ditch the tedious task of programming all your visitors' numbers on your phone's speed dial. Ensure that you make the evening perfect for an open house by lining up all the essentials. Here are some tips that can help you to host an open house.

Plan it Right

The seller and the agent have to plan an open house strategically. Before declaring the date for the open house there are certain things you should consider such as the right timing and appropriate day etc. Also, decide where to advertise and whom to invite specially. Pre-notify interested buyers and agents about your open house so they can adjust their timings to attend the open house.

Highlight your Home’s Best features

Make sure to keep your house clean and tidy so that buyers do not get the impression that is is rundown. Give your home a fresh feel by keeping a check on any strange smells. Highlight the features of your home in a way that you do not draw the buyer’s attention to any problem areas
