The Cooper City held its City Commission Meeting on March, 27, 2018 at 6:30 PM. The aim of this meeting was to discuss was to discuss matters including: a resolution was reached regarding the approval of the request for Variance Petition #V8-1-17 from Cooper Square 26, LLC which was granted, providing for conditions and providing for an effective date. A resolution was also reached approving the granting of the  Plat Petition #P 8-1-17 from Cooper Square 26, LLC (subject to stipulations and conditions); providing for severability and providing for an effective date.
