Reliable and affordable public facilities are crucial for residents, businesses, and visitors. Public infrastructure elements like drinking water, sewers, drainage, solid waste, parks, and public schools are vital to the daily functioning of Broward County and all its inhabitants! Recent challenges like rising seas, saltwater intrusion, flooding, and hurricanes have taken a toll on Broward’s public facilities and the city is fighting back by setting goals for better disaster preparation in order to foster strong and resilient infrastructure. Broward County needs your help in setting the right goals and finding solutions to these challenges before they become a huge problem for our community.
